Learn how booking, warehouse onboarding, availability and payment work.

What to know before you start.

What is Tabali?

Tabali is an online marketplace that connects warehouse owners with customers who want to rent limited, pallet-based storage space.

Who is it for?

Customers who need limited storage for flexible periods, and warehouse owners who want to list their empty pallet positions.

How do I search for space?

Search by city or district, dates and number of pallets, and filter by price, storage type and rating.

Which storage types are available?

Each warehouse sets the storage types it offers, such as dry, chilled or frozen.

When and how do I pay?

You send a booking request first and the warehouse owner reviews it. Once accepted, you see the bank details, the amount and a payment reference. You transfer the amount and upload the receipt, and the booking is confirmed once the transfer is verified.

What is the QR code?

A code linked to your booking that appears once payment is confirmed. The warehouse owner scans it when your goods arrive to record check-in.

How does a warehouse owner join?

Create an account with your mobile number, add your business and warehouse details, location, photos, storage types, availability and prices, and upload the required documents. The warehouse appears to customers once it is reviewed and approved.

Where does Tabali operate?

Tabali operates in Saudi Arabia, with prices and payments in Saudi riyals. The cities you can search depend on approved warehouses.

Do I need an app?

You can use Tabali in your browser with the same account you use in the mobile app.
